CHC 28th Anniversary

Yesterday was a busy day. We went over to Cwenn’s house for lunch then went to church and eventually for dinner at ECP.

It was Raeanne’s first time in church as well as church’s 28th Anniversary! Such a memorable day, so we ought to take a picture.

We stayed at the parents’ corner as Rachael and Raeanne were sleeping. Then I brought Raeanne to change her diaper. Before we left, I brought Rachael to the nursery again to latch her so that she won’t be hungry when we go for dinner. After nursing her, I put her down on the mat to stretch a while before putting her back into the carrier.

Then we went to the church reception and decided to take a picture. This was the effect that I wanted, seeing the words “City Harvest Church”.

A kind soul saw us and offered to take a family photo for us. I specifically told him I wanted to see the church name. After thanking him profusely, we walked out and I looked at the picture... to my horror, this was what I saw. Where’s the church name??!!!

Hubby sent me this funny picture.

Oh well, it’s a kind gesture from that guy. I shouldn’t blame him too much. Thank God for technology. I managed to photoshop in the church name. Nice?

After that we went to Sandbanks at ECP for dinner because the Tok-Yeoh-Goh gang wanted to catch the big match between Liverpool and Man U. So this is also Raeanne’s first time out in a super noisy environment “watching” soccer with us.

Right now as I’m typing, I’m latching her because she woke up from her nose block again!

Dear God,
I pray for Your healing upon her sensitive nose. I pray that You grant Your beloved sleep to this little one. Have mercy on her! It’s heartbreaking to see her not being able to breathe properly. It’s tiring to have to stay up for her to make sure she can sleep. Let Your grace be upon us! In Jesus’ name I pray, amen!!
